David and Team recently took on a challenging deck rebuild project at our home. Our home is on a hillside, and also required plans / approvals for the City. David communicated effectively and in detail throughout the process, and did a great job keeping the project on budget and schedule. Laguna Bay did a wonderful job remodeling my house. I highly recommend them. I did a complete remodel, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, and five other rooms. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the process. They offered great advice on design choices and materials, and offered great suggestions about where to purchase supplies and materials. Their suggestions saved me a ton of money. Additionally, the workmen were very helpful in picking up materials from different locations and hauling away debris and rubbish. The workmen arrived on time every day and picked up after themselves before leaving each day. Most importantly, the quality of their work was consistently outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure that their work met my standards and specifications. The few times I had to request changes to their work, they quickly made the corrections to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Laguna Bay Developing for my remodeling needs again!

Gio and his team at Laguna Bay Developing helped completely remodel 3 of my super old original bathrooms. From day 1, Gio was upfront with us. I never got the sense that he was trying to bait and switch us -- he was always honest. His crew showed up every day -- something I had terrible experience with past contractors. His team always worked a full day, were respectful, and most importantly they left our house clean after each day's work. Gio was in constant communication with us, was very responsive, and visited the site regularly to make sure everything was done right. He even found water damage and made sure to get it fixed. I interviewed several companies but Laguna Bay's quote was definitely fair for the high quality of service and work. We love our new beautiful bathrooms and are so thankful to Laguna Bay for all the care and detail from day 1 until the very end. Thank you, Gio & your entire crew! Can't wait to work with you again!

Our master bathroom was original from construction (1991) and was extremely outdated with a relatively large walk-in closet but a shower/tub combo. Wife and I wanted to expand the size of the bathroom to accommodate a roomy walk-in shower and standalone tub. We reached out to Laguna Bay Developing and got a very prompt reply, and in our first meeting with David it was clear that he could see and was aligned with our vision for the project. Gio was extremely helpful in going with us to help out pick out raw materials (tile, stone, etc.) and the communication was great throughout from David on the project. The crew was respectful, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner on schedule with the original proposal. We could not be happier with how the bathroom turned out and would highly recommend David and the LBD team - in fact, we have recommended them to several of our friends.

I hired David at Laguna Bay to demo and replace my wood trellis that had been damaged beyond repair. David and his team was on the ball from my first online inquiry via yelp responding within minutes. He was able to come by the next day to view the damage and give me a bid. I went with him since he was in line with my budget and was ready to start right away. His crew arrived on time and cleaned up each day, like they weren't there. He finished the project on time and it turned out great. I would hire them again for my next project.

Great work done by this company as working with David was excellent . We had three projects we wanted done to our home . We wanted to remodel the kitchen , remodel the bathroom , and also paint the interior . My parents had asked us to help get them a few bids and help find someone reliable . David was able to fill the shoes as , after talking to five companies we felt at ease with him . They did a wonderful job and my parents are very happy with the work performed . We have worked with David and Gio on two projects now and they are incredible, cannot recommend highly enough. Our first project was small, replacing a very old custom size vanity in our master bathroom (replacing lighting/medicine cabinets etc.) No other contractor would even talk to us because it was "too small" of a project (under $15k). Gio and David not only took the project but completed it within a few days- all custom cabinets with quartz backsplash/counter. They are big on relationships and want to earn repeat business, not just rush jobs through. They earned our business for a complete kitchen remodel about one month later. That job was big- all new cabinets, electric, lighting, appliances, paint, quartz counter and backsplash. Their teams are highly specialized and they work in rotations, so they get things done very quickly without sacrificing any quality. David is meticulous and will do things that most contractors would skip over (no shortcuts- they sent one of their carpenters back to custom cut and fit a small gap below our cooktop). They don't play games- what they quote is what you pay unless you make a change in specs. Could not be happier with how this turned out- will work with them whenever possible.
